Key Responsibilities:- Address help desk inquiries and set up workstations and user accounts as required using IT management tools.
- Diagnose connectivity issues and assist in managing user spam concerns.
- Identify and resolve problems with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Manage Active Directory and implement changes to cPanel, WordPress, Microsoft O365, and other platforms.
- Oversee monitoring tools such as Nagios, CloudFlare, and NinjaRMM, including software updates and patch management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Candidates with an associate's degree or technical certification may also be considered.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a network support role or similar position.
- Willingness to perform urgent repairs outside of standard business hours.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary: $45,000-$50,000
- Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage fully paid by the company.
- Accelerated vacation time accrual.
- Paid time off from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day for all employees.
- 401(k) plan with a generous company match after one year of service.
- Fully funded Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance.
