  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the locating industry.
  • Expert-level locating ability and strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
