Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of school-aged students in Lake City, Florida.
In this rewarding role, you will provide essential occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct onsite occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active or pending state OT license.
- OT DOE certification.
- Previous school/IEP experience is preferred but not required.
