Job Description

At Santa Clara Development Corporation, we offer a competitive salary for the right candidate. Estimated salary is $40,000 - $60,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly skilled EVS Graveyard Associate to join our team. As an essential member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the area of responsibility.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, and polishing according to departmental policy and procedures.
  • Inventory, restock, and replenish supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, etc., located in all assigned areas of the facility.
  • Perform special projects such as window washing, wall washing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Respond to questions and requests from resort guests and strive for great guest service.
  • Operate under regular supervision at an assigned area, which may include but not limited to: Resort, Retail, and Golf Course locations.
  • Maintain proficiency with corporation's work order system.
  • Comply with established OSHA and SCDC policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
