Job Summary

This role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, visitors, associates, volunteers, and physicians. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and friendly environment, and ensure the smooth flow of information.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, associates, volunteers, and physicians
  • Distribute visitor passes and maintain an accurate log
  • Monitor distribution and collection of vendor badges
  • Provide information regarding physicians and patients when possible
  • Maintain a friendly, clean environment in the lobby area
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

The current compensation range for this role is $16.30 to $19.47. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
