The Clinic Account Manager (CAM) is a professional sales account manager position whose primary objective is the achievement of the annual Sales and Revenue plans for assigned Bausch + Lomb Surgical device, equipment and disposable products. This is a field-based sales position requiring an experienced sales representative to provide customer centricity through the management and selling of Bausch Surgical products to existing customers, while also prospecting, selling and bringing onboard new business opportunities. The CAM reports to Clinical Division Managers. Responsibilities:
  1. Successfully complete a formal training and certification program for all responsible products in the areas of product knowledge and selling skills.
  2. Prepare territory action plans and routing schedules to identify specific targets.
  3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, trade shows and website.
  4. Attain territory revenue objectives by acquiring new business and driving utilization within existing customers.
  5. Support the customer in post-sales activities including onboarding and integration into the practice.
  6. Utilize Salesforce reports to prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  7. Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
  8. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  9. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  10. Timely data completion (detailed call log, lead forecasting, etc.) and maintaining of customer information in Salesforce/CRM.
  11. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events as requested.
  12. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of customers and competition.
  13. Work cross-functionally as needed to assist in sales of all B+L products.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in science, business, or a related field.
  2. Sales experience in Ophthalmic and Medical Devices preferred.
  3. 3+ years successful sales experience.
  4. Excellent organizational skills.
  5. Ability to establish priorities to meet goals.
  6. Highly motivated and results driven.
  7. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs and sales enablement technologies such as SFDC, Seismic, Power BI, etc.
