Job Overview
The Assembler I role involves the fabrication of component parts or the assembly of finished products tailored to meet customer specifications. This position requires securing and maintaining the correct component parts and supplies essential for the assembly process.

Compensation:
Starting at $18.50, with potential to earn up to $20 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work area for assembly tasks.
- Assemble parts following detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools as necessary to complete assembly.
- Organize and stack finished products according to established protocols, including labeling and banding when required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Keep production records as needed.
- Verify materials and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
- Participate in safety, continuous improvement, and other relevant meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; however, 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
