We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to the financial success of our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enhancing financial performance through comprehensive analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights.

Compensation: Up to $130K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring precise and timely financial projections. Collaborate with various teams to gather essential data and assumptions. Conduct thorough financial analyses, including variance and trend assessments, to evaluate performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Financial Reporting: Create and deliver detailed financial reports and summaries for management and stakeholders. Develop and sustain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning efforts by analyzing the financial implications of business decisions and identifying growth and cost-saving opportunities. Construct and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess investment prospects, evaluate risks, and forecast future financial scenarios.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage closely with other departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather necessary information and support business initiatives. Provide financial insights and guidance to colleagues from non-financial backgrounds.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CPA (or in progress) is advantageous, as is an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, demonstrating a successful track record in managing complex financial models and analyses.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting and budgeting, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, NetSuite).
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret intricate financial data and present it clearly to internal stakeholders.
