  • Responsible for completion of various reports and audits as required or requested
  • Actively assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new clinical staff
Requirements
  • Graduate of a school of Nursing
  • Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing
  • Certification in Basic Life Support
  • Five (5) or more years in active practice as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing teams
  • Competency in basic nursing skills
  • Ability to learn basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace
  • Honesty and maintaining a professional composure in public
