About the Role

This 8-hour evening shift position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated nurse to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
