Position Overview:
We are excited to present a full-time, permanent position for a pain management/anesthesiologist at a highly regarded healthcare facility.

Employment Structure:
All roles are structured as employed positions, treating our physicians as if they are the owners of their practices. We establish a competitive salary based on MGMA standards, which is disbursed to the physician on a monthly basis.

At the conclusion of each year, the physician is entitled to receive 100% of the practice's profits, mirroring the benefits of ownership.

We do not impose any fees for managing the practices, a unique approach in the hospital group sector.

Compensation and Benefits:
The physician will enjoy comprehensive malpractice coverage, a robust benefits package, relocation assistance, and a continuing medical education (CME) allowance.

For residents wishing to secure an early commitment, we offer a monthly stipend to assist with living expenses throughout their training period.
