We are offering a full-time, permanent position for a specialist in pain management and anesthesia at a highly regarded healthcare facility.
Employment Structure:
All positions are employed roles. Our approach to hospital-owned physician practices is to treat each physician as if they are the owner. We negotiate a competitive salary based on MGMA standards, which is disbursed to the physician on a monthly basis.
At the end of the fiscal year, the physician is entitled to receive 100% of the practice's profits, similar to ownership.
We do not impose any fees for managing the practices. To our knowledge, we are unique in the way we operate among hospital groups.
Compensation and Benefits:
The physician will receive comprehensive malpractice coverage, a robust benefits package, relocation assistance, and a continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
For residents wishing to commit early, we offer a monthly stipend to assist with expenses throughout their training period.
