About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our Snowflake team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a cloud solutions or data analytics environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
