About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandiser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing a variety of merchandise and product services at major retailers near you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Execution: Work with nationally recognized brands to execute in-store displays, resets, and stock according to plan-o-grams.
  • Store Relationships: Build professional relationships with Store Management and Associates to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately report service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application, to ensure timely and efficient communication.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older and have prior experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25lbs on a regular basis and 50lbs on occasion, with reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
