About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays

  • Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
