Job Summary:

Partner with our physicians to deliver exceptional care to our members in their homes. Collaborate with Chief Medical Officers to provide urgent home care services and preventive care services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver urgent home care services and preventive care services to members in Westchester and Greenwich.
  • Work across multiple disciplines, including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care.
  • Develop adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in Point of Care Testing modalities and devices.
  • Perform clinical, administrative, and clerical tasks outside routine scope of practice.
  • Maintain medical supply inventory and document medical records.
Requirements:
  • Hold current License as NP/PA required.
  • Possess 2+ years' experience as practicing NP or PA.
  • Hold ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification from American Heart Association.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience.
