  • Craft beverage requests for patrons in accordance with established recipes utilizing precise measuring techniques.
  • Open, serve, and manage wine and champagne selections for guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the bar unit, tables, and associated equipment.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes to enhance drink presentations.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of ice, glassware, and paper products.
  • Transport necessary supplies to the bar setup location.
  • Clean and sanitize used glassware.
  • Clear used items from the bar and tables, placing them in designated cleaning areas.
  • Proactively identify and communicate needs for restocking supplies.
  • Handle all forms of payment transactions.
  • Perform cash management tasks at the end of shifts, including reconciling cash drawers, completing required reports, addressing discrepancies, and securing funds.
  • Safeguard alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage facilities.
  • Execute closing responsibilities as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • Licensure or Certification: None necessary.

The compensation for this position is $15.27 per hour, with potential benefits including a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off, sick leave, and additional wellness programs. Eligibility for benefits may be subject to standard requirements and conditions.
