Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative I is a key role at Centennial Bank, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs, and promote bank products and services to customers.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized education or training in a related field a plus.
- 12-18 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Working Conditions
This role requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
