Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Trade Sales Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and trade organizations to establish Pella as the premier choice for window and door solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Success: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Be the Expert: Educate customers on product features, installation guidelines, and accurate measurements to ensure flawless execution and satisfaction.
  • Engage and Connect: Use your consultative sales skills to connect with builders, contractors, and designers, turning prospects into loyal partners.
  • Lead with Service: Prioritize customer service and satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations by providing timely, accurate information and support.
  • Achieve and Grow: Meet and exceed sales targets through a blend of relationship-building and strategic closing skills.

Work Environment

This role blends remote work from your home office and in-field engagement with clients. Candidate must live in the Salt Lake and/or surrounding area. You'll need reliable transportation to connect with customers and attend appointments on a daily basis.

Compensation: Base $65, Commission and Bonus
