Wire Harness Assembler

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and reworking units using operational method sheets, drawings, schematics, and electronic assembly equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and modify wire harnesses and electronic components according to technical documentation and quality standards.
• Operate electronic assembly equipment and tools to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality control.
• Understand and follow all safety requirements and ISO procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in wire harness assembly or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical assembly documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment:

This is a manufacturing environment that may be noisy and fast-paced. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.
