Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler - Electronics Specialist to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and reworking units using operational method sheets, drawings, and electronic assembly equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and modify wire harnesses and electronic components according to technical documentation and specifications.
• Use electronic assembly equipment and tools to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes.
• Understand and follow all safety requirements and ISO procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Consider the impact of quality on customers when making decisions.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in wire harness assembly or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical assembly documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and professional work ethic.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with potential for noise and fast-paced work.
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Education:

• High school education or equivalent.
