AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have a valid and active Physical Therapy State license, CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED), and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive physical assessments, review medical histories, and collaborate with healthcare colleagues to understand patient needs. They will develop tailored treatment plans based on assessments, establishing specific goals for rehabilitation or recovery. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing customized exercise programs, using hands-on techniques for mobility enhancement and pain relief, applying modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy, and providing guidance on the use of assistive devices.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to identify patient needs.Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessments.Design and implement customized exercise programs.Use hands-on techniques for mobility enhancement and pain relief.Apply modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy.Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices.Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and injury prevention.Develop pain management strategies.Assist patients in regaining independence after surgery, injury, or illness.Continuously assess and document patient progress.Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.Provide personalized home exercise programs.Keep accurate patient records.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid and active Physical Therapy State license and CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $2,228-$2,192 per 40 hours, depending on your location and experience.
