Rehabilitation Services Manager

VibrantCare Rehabilitation seeks an accomplished professional to manage our rehabilitation services and lead our therapy centers to success. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee daily operations, staff management, and patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior manager of one or more therapy centers, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and patient care.
- Develop and implement local market business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and initiatives.
- Maintain center profitability by reviewing financial statements, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic plans to address underperforming areas.
- Recruit, train, and develop center staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and other stakeholders to promote center growth and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, including Medicare and OSHA standards.
- Prioritize quality assurance and corporate compliance audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in annual meetings, contributing to the development of working relationships with Agency Medical Director.
- Stay current with industry developments, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and center operations.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by CAPTE or equivalent.
- State licensure/registration where applicable.
- Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills sufficient to direct and supervise staff.
- Ability to lift patients using biomechanical techniques and participate in sustained activities for many hours.
Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
