Key Responsibilities:- Repair a variety of equipment sold and serviced by Raymond West.
- Ensure profitability in billing processes.
- Collaborate with the assigned Field Supervisor.
- Handle all documentation promptly and accurately.
- Discuss all available service options with clients prior to proceeding.
- Ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools for repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Complete tasks within designated time frames while keeping your vehicle organized and clean.
- Manage an accurate inventory of parts as needed.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients and equipment in your designated areas.
- Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with company insurance standards.
- Utilize your available work time efficiently.
- Adhere to safety procedures and exercise sound judgment.
- Be willing to travel out of town when necessary.
- Establish positive relationships with clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Service Supervisors or Managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
- Able to read and interpret safety regulations, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Effective communication skills with groups of clients or employees.
- Flexibility for off-hour work and additional responsibilities.
- Skilled in customer interactions.
- Understanding of basic D.C. and A.C. electricity, as well as internal combustion engines.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Strong mathematical abilities.
- Practical understanding to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Maintain personal tools as per the approved list.
- Possess necessary tools based on duties and certification level.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems and mechanical tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Minimum education and experience requirements may vary by position.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant service experience.
- This position requires daily travel within assigned territories.
- A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for technicians.
- Must meet insurance requirements set by Raymond West.
- Active work environment.

- Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Tasks may involve visiting construction sites.
- Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
