Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, facilities management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with ability to navigate properties safely and efficiently.
Working Conditions

Work will be divided between indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
