Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their work schedules and assignments.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that properties are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that properties are properly maintained.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized vocational training or certification in a trade such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in building and facility maintenance, with some supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level to read diagrams, meters, instructions, and write reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential resident information.
