Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, answering questions and addressing their needs.
  • Balance a cash register, completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
  • Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
  • Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
  • Participate in cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
  • Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
