About this Job

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in assisting patients who are experiencing breathing difficulties due to conditions such as asthma, emphysema, chronic respiratory disease, or emergency trauma. You will perform diagnostic tests and collaborate with the care team to develop a treatment plan. To excel in this role, you must possess extensive knowledge of physiotherapy and cardiopulmonary disorders.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the primary area of care
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the specific facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to help
Duties and Responsibilities

As a traveler, you will work for a limited time at a particular location, providing patient care and support before moving on to your next assignment.
