Position Overview: We are in search of dynamic and proficient Cable Technicians and apprentices. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical service and support to clients and internal teams. This role necessitates experience with Coax A/V Cabling, wireless technologies, telecommunications, trenching, boring, aerial and burial line installation, pathway systems, industrial transport systems, demolition, server rooms, and data centers. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and eager to leverage their skills in a rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair Coax A/V Cabling, wireless, and telecommunications systems.
2. Perform trenching, boring, aerial, and burial line tasks while adhering to safety regulations.
3. Design and implement effective pathway systems for various projects.
4. Operate in diverse environments, including industrial and transport systems.
5. Conduct demolition tasks when required, following safety protocols.
6. Manage server rooms and data centers, ensuring optimal operation.
7. Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-level technical support.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
9. Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge effectively.
10. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
2. Proven expertise in Coax A/V Cabling, wireless technologies, telecommunications, trenching, boring, aerial and burial line installation, pathway systems, industrial transport systems, demolition, server rooms, and data centers.
3. Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities.
7. Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
8. Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
