**About the Role**

Tuckernuck is looking for a skilled Design Assistant to collaborate with our Design and Product Development teams. Partnering with our designers and Founders, this individual will help execute the vision for Tuckernuck's private label.

**Responsibilities**

• Update sketches, line sheets, and concept boards in a timely manner.
• Produce CADs by style as directed by the VP of Design.
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in design meetings and fittings to provide input on design and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques in garment development.
• Assist with organizing samples prior to fittings.
• Communicate with vendors on design, production, and other issues as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Apparel, Textiles, or Design.
• Knowledge of fabric and trims.
