About the Opportunity

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions, preparing technical documents, and collaborating with project teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design solutions for aviation and airfield projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare technical documents, including reports, proposals, and presentations, to communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for design and planning purposes.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and training sessions, to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in aviation or airfield design.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, including mathematics, physics, and materials science.
  • Proficient in AutoDesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
