Responsibilities
Serve as a Family Practice Physician, providing examination, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, and orthopedic care.
Take ownership and responsibility for the care of assigned patients, providing first contact, continuous, and comprehensive primary care.
Lead a team of healthcare providers, coordinating and integrating care across the healthcare system and the patient's community.
Complete required records and provide consultation to other healthcare providers as assigned.
Qualifications
US Citizenship required.
Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine.
Possess a permanent, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
