Role Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a Licensed Physician to contribute to a prominent client in the health data analytics sector. This position is integral to the product team that aids patients during their care journey. The selected candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including 21 pharmacist editors, 6 physician editors, and 10 copy editors, who are responsible for developing and managing medical content within two proprietary CMS platforms.

Daily responsibilities will involve reviewing the assignment lists from the CMS tools to prioritize tasks. The role encompasses technical writing duties such as interpreting, critically appraising, and synthesizing medical literature and clinical guidelines in line with evidence-based practices. A clinical background is essential, as the individual will engage with relevant content and data on a regular basis. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to accommodate teams across various time zones, with core hours aligned to EST.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a budgeted range of $80-95/hr, influenced by skills, experience, and educational background. Benefits commence on the 31st day of employment and include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Paid sick leave and other forms of paid time off are also provided in accordance with applicable laws.
