Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that cater to students' unique requirements.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional difficulties, promoting their overall well-being and academic success.
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student concerns and develop targeted interventions that support student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives that promote student achievement and well-being.
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist is preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
