We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Allure of Zion. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with hospice services to provide end-of-life care for residents.
  • Participate in falls prevention practices and provide first aid as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Experience in Long Term Care industry, preferred.
