Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs that address the needs of our Crewmembers, while ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, recommend delivery options, and design solutions.
- Develop online and print-based instructional materials that adhere to internal Style & Brand guidelines.
- Work independently or with Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and support educational programs.
- Establish guidelines and recommendations for instructional design, content development, and project management.
- Provide quality assurance on developed content and support SMEs and peers in user experience and eLearning software/media tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a field related to adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience leading or managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and learning development tools such as Articulate Studio or Storyline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing information and priorities.
- Master's degree in a field related to adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
- Four years' experience in a field related to adult learning, instructional design, or a related field.
- Airline industry experience.
- Experience using MS Project, Workfront, or other project management software.
