- Effectively communicate findings and progress to all levels of leadership.

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems for reliability and scalability.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- 3+ years of experience throughout the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
