  • Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; assist with locate fulfillment and visual presentations.
  • Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving; seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing: 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional Lifting: Up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent Climbing: 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.
