Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize IT incident and problem service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers to ensure seamless support.
  • Communicate status updates to customers and the support team.
  • Collaborate with network infrastructure teams to identify and resolve network issues.
  • Work with application development teams to identify and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in technical support and hardware engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
