We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing teletherapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 4th Grade.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to integrate speech and language therapy into the educational setting.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide training and education to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication and swallowing strategies.
- North Carolina SLP licensure
