Job Description

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid North Carolina State SLP License. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. The Speech Therapist will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Job Requirements:

  • A valid North Carolina State SLP License is required.
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
