Your Role:


As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary duty is to deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

You will operate under the guidance of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities in line with your competencies and training.

This position necessitates strong communication and critical thinking abilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating and formulating individual treatment plans, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other personnel as required.
Execute medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as necessary.
Manage controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Document nursing interactions using the SOAP format as mandated by policy and participate in mandatory staff meetings and training.

Relay information to nursing staff, physicians, healthcare unit supervisory personnel, or other staff as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Experience

Preferred minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

Licenses/Certifications

Must hold and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
