Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct field measurements at various sites to ensure accuracy in orders and installations
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients
  • Track construction progress at assigned locations to ensure timely measurements and installations
  • Collaborate with sales and order specialists when discrepancies arise
  • Guide installers and service technicians to achieve optimal results
  • Communicate measurement outcomes and project completion with site supervisors
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and final inspections
  • Deliver and install components as necessary following initial setups
  • Ensure client satisfaction through quality checks and documentation using Salesforce
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
  • Complete scheduled tasks promptly as outlined in Salesforce
  • Work closely with customer service and sales teams on complex issues
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned
Travel Requirements
  • 100% travel expected
