Job Description: At Buff City Soap Franchise, we are seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to lead our Grand Forks store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities: As a Retail Store Manager at Buff City Soap Franchise, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the store's overall operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Providing coaching and development opportunities to store employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote a positive company culture.

Requirements: To be successful as a Retail Store Manager at Buff City Soap Franchise, you must possess:
• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or with a comparable product mix.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing, is preferred but not required.
