Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, hire, and train new employees as needed to support the school's growth and success.
  2. Develop and execute operational strategies to drive enrollment, retention, productivity, quality, customer service, and overall performance.
  3. Analyze center trends and performance data to inform decision-making and provide support to enable centers to thrive.
  4. Foster a positive work environment by building high-performing teams, creating an environment of trust and rapport with franchisees and support school employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to motivate and resolve conflicts, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a professional presentation and attitude.
