Key Responsibilities:- Provide Personal Care Services: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Supervise Residents: Supervise residents within their Individual Service Plans (ISPs), Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs), and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs), ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with Medication Administration: Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by residents' physicians, while maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Provide Transportation: Safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and other destinations, as delegated by supervisors.
- Participate in Community Activities: Engage residents in community and in-facility activities, promoting socialization and a sense of community.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure residents' living spaces are clean, safe, and free from hazards, while promoting independence and self-care.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate comprehensive and accurate reports through verbal and written skills, using electronic charting and basic computer knowledge.
- Attend Training and Meetings: Participate in mandatory training and meetings, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Criminal Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check or provide proof of rehabilitation.
- Availability: Must be available to work 8-hour shifts, every other Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and use adaptive equipment, as needed.
- Competitive Compensation: 14-16 hourly wage.
