Job Description

At CrossMed Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Travel X-Ray Technician. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic procedures, including X-rays and fluoroscopy, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care, including communication and coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered, with appropriate documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a travel or per diem setting.
  • Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personnel.
