Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Big Bend Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited AMA school, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
- Operate CT systems, process images, and maintain a high level of proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Licensed by the state as a general radiographer.
Schedule Information: 7a-7p, with call required.
