We are seeking a dedicated Senior Director of Risk Oversight Services to enhance our risk management initiatives.
Position Overview
The Senior Director of Risk Oversight is tasked with ensuring the continuous and effective execution of various patient safety and risk management functions. Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: overseeing claim management processes including investigation and analysis, conducting risk evaluations for new services, performing root cause analysis for the organization with action plan monitoring and facilitation, and leading the Patient Safety Council while integrating the corporate TERM program into the broader risk management framework. This role requires collaboration with department leaders and the executive team to execute Corporate and Facility risk mitigation strategies. The position also involves providing expertise on regulatory and compliance standards and processes. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, education, leadership, and accountability for related initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
Skills and CertificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field is requiredTwo to Five years of experience in Risk ManagementCurrent RN license in the state of Nevada if a Registered Nurse
Salary Range: $99K - $131K
