Position Overview:

The Student Housing Coordinator is responsible for providing relocation support to prospective students, ensuring their accommodation needs are met during their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate housing arrangements for all students, including planning and managing moving logistics.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential housing providers.
  • Regularly update and report housing data to management.
  • Create and maintain necessary housing applications and documentation.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
People Management:

This role does not involve supervisory duties.

Work Environment:
  • Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled setting.
  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and/or computer may be required.
  • Utilization of office equipment such as calculators, keyboards, and telephones is necessary.
  • Physical activities may include bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Some tasks may occur in classroom or workshop settings.
